Hola. Ã?ris and Giita are here, both getting themselves ready for tomorrow’s early departure to the airport to fly to Scotland, then on to Iceland on the 3rd. Since she’s taking her computer, I thought I’d do a quick blog! This week has been loads of goodbyes. We had a lunch with Rune in a nice cafe near college.

Then Miki and Saeko had a quick go of Giita’s bling-bling sunglasses.

Then we had a last night out in town, culminating in a last visit to Hoppy for Giita! First of all we went to Bar Dog to pet their bardog. His name is Kotetsu.

The following night I went to see ex Rock-Communers Shizenkai No Okite, who make good noisy stuff. The other bands were pretty terrible, but there were silver-haired girls who did dances and held up signs to tell us the next band up.

Then last up was a lady who called herself Doddodo who had crazy distorty breakbeaty drum machines that she rapped over. And she was great! Yay! Video clip here.

Today was Giita’s goodbye lunch with our pal Naoki.

Lastly, here are some photos from our trip to the Universal Studios Theme Park yesterday. I’m away to have a last minute ‘kampai!’ with Giita and Ã?ris. Night!
